The internet and phone service for District #110 is down today, May 21st. Neither Grant nor Illini have internet or phone service at this time. Our provider is working to get us back online ASAP.

Field Day fun!!

Slip & Slide fun

Most stylish crew at Field Day (yes my opinion is a tad bit biased 😉)

We are wrapping up the school year with wands and presentations.

Mrs. Sly and Ms. Riley's students doing a fabulous job of presenting various persuasive arguments for their final ELA project. Nice job 5th graders!!

Another amazing student at Grant being nominated by a peer for being kind. Having a great day... The Grant Way!

The last student of the month recognition. These student were recognized for going above and beyond with empathy. Having a great day...The Grant Way!

Three Grant students qualified for state in track. One of the three placed. All three coaches took pies in the face, lol. Having a great day... The Grant Way!

Ms. Meyenburg's students were the only group to make it to the end of their science unit on time to make buildings for our earthquake simulation! Students are excited to see what level of earthquake destroys their building. Which building do you think will last the longest?

Congratulations Aniyah and Joseph April and May Rotary Students of the Month

Ms. Conley leading Ms. Belleville's class in some dinosaur yoga this Monday Morning!

This year was my very first year leading the Girls on the Run program in our district. Kind Knepper was the very first coach to join the team and attend training with me. It was just the inspiration that I needed to face my fears. Thanks to all of the coaches for giving your time, wisdom, and support. I couldn't have done this without YOU, and we couldn't have done this without our coordinator, Sweet Shelby. She was always a phone call/email away! I also want to thank Mrs. Lasley for allowing us to participate in the program. My gratitude also goes to my loving husband as well as the amazing parents who were all so supportive throughout the season. Girls on the Run is So Much Fun!!! #GOTRSTL5k

"She believed she could, so she did!" -R.S. Grey
Guess who not only finished the program, but crossed that finish line. WE DID!!! Girls on the Run is So Much Fun!!! #GOTRSTL5k

The Girls on the Run 5K race was absolutely AMAZING!!! Thanks to all of the parents, coaches, and GOTR staff for making this experience possible. Our hard work truly paid off. Our girls definitely found their STAR POWER!!! #GOTRSTL5k

The Girls on the Run 2024 Spring session is coming to an end. Our practice 5K, in Moody Park, was a huge success! Today, we will be running in the annual Girls on the Run 5K race, in Forest Park, at 8:30 a.m. sharp! Due to construction, highway closures, and limited parking, we will understand if our cheerleaders are unable to make it. Wish us luck!

S is for Science Teacher Day, because why wouldn't I want to match as many students as possible before the year is over? 💜 Try and find the real Miss Stock. 😎

This crew is headed to the State Track Meet tomorrow in Carterville, IL! Let's send well wishes to Cameron (hurdles), Eamon (high jump), and Lyric (discus)! Go GMS Go!

Tonight was amazing to see these Grant students perform in the first band concert in many years. Thank you Max DiPasquale for working with our kids this year and giving them this opportunity. It was a great day...The Grant Way!
