Kaylynn Poellott is the student of the month for Mrs. Carthy’s class. She comes to school ready to learn and has a great attitude. Kaylynn is a leader in our classroom and is the first one to offer to help anyone in need. She is a great role model for her classmates.

Mrs. Heidelberg has selected Seth as April's Student of the Month. Everyone who knows Seth LOVES him! He is the epitome of kindness and always has a smile on his face. He loves to joke around and make people laugh. Seth shows love and compassion to students even when they haven't been very kind to him. His heart is bigger than anyone could imagine. Seth has been working very hard during distant learning, but enjoys spending time with his parents and their new dog, Chewie!

Mrs. Stengel’s student of the month is Michael Thigpen! Michael always wears a smile and loves to make you laugh. He is outgoing and a great friend. Michael has been working so hard home and is always positive.
Mrs. Claxton’s Student of the Month for April is Callen. Everyone loves Callen! He has the kindest disposition and is always smiling. His contagious smile can make anyone’s day instantly better. He has a huge heart and wants to be friends with everyone. During distance learning, Callen has been spending his time completing his school work, reading lots of books with his siblings, and helping his family plan their garden. Congratulations, Callen!
Mrs Stengel’s class took a virtual field trip to a farm in place of our actual field trip. It was so much fun!
I am so happy to introduce my “Student of the Month”. Claire is a hard working Kindergarten student who has been making the best of her “stay at home” learning days. Claire has completed packets, worked in her Reader’s Notebook, practiced handwriting, worked on Moby Max, participated in Zoom meetings, uses the internet to learn about Earth Day and more! I am extremely proud of her efforts! Congratulations Claire!
Mrs Chilton named Cameron Brown her 4th grade Student of the Month for April. Cameron has put a great amount of effort into all of his work this past month. He has done a fantastic job of completing all assignments on time. His positive attitude toward school has kept her smiling everyday.
Kollin is Ms. Domescik’s 4th grade April Student of the Month. Kollin is a fantastic student who works hard to improve everyday. His work ethic is amazing, and he is thoughtful and kind to peers. He has reached many personal goals, and we are all very proud of him! (He also has a beautiful singing voice!) Congratulations Kollin!
Mrs. Hundsdorfer’s Student of the Month for April is Scarlet. Scarlet is a hard-working student who has high standards for herself. She LOVES to read and soaks up so much knowledge in the process. She is a leader in the classroom, and she loves being challenged. She is also a good friend to her classmates, and tries to help them in any way she can. In the classroom, Scarlet excelled on all of her work and did extra work, just for fun. During remote learning, she has continued to do well on her assignments, does extra work, and even completes the optional Science experiments I send home. She is a true lover of learning, and I know I’ll continue to hear great things about her as she grows. Keep up the great work, Scarlet!

Mrs. Menn’s student of the month for April is Noelle Brown. Noelle is such a wonderful student. She absolutely loves to learn. As soon as she completes her work she loves to read. I adore her beautiful smile! I feel that Noelle has very big heart when it come to helping others. This year in our class, we were fortunate to have several new students that were learning to speak English. Noelle was extremely helpful to those students. She would always make sure they were on the right track. Often she would help them before I could. I appreciated her big heart. Noelle is such a bright beautiful girl. I am so happy to be her teacher!
Mr. Spradling's Student of the Month choice for April is Joseph Daughtrey. Joseph has a good sense of humor and has a good moral compass. He shows a lot of character and is a good friend to many. He is intrinsically motivated and driven to succeed. Not only is he a good student, but he is a good brother. Joseph has done his best to keep up with the workload during remote learning and holds a strong commitment to his studies. Congrats, Joseph!

Joshua exhibits the qualities of what a Student of the Month should be. He is very hardworking. He does his best to complete each task set before him. He was a hard worker at school and he continues to work just as hard at home now. He has completed every assignment given and more. He works to the absolute best of his ability and has learned to persevere when things are not always easy. He loves his classmates and treats them with kindness. He is witty and charming and loves to make us laugh.
